Please contact me to purchase any item listed within my Gallery.  If you have a special request regarding shipping or you are interested in placing a custom order, I am happy to discuss it with you!

 

Payment

  • All orders are confirmed by email prior to shipping
  • All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars
  • PayPal, Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks are accepted for payment


 Sales Tax

  • Sales Tax will be calculated based on Texas rates at 8.25%


 Custom Orders

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost is required once order is placed 
  • Require a minimum of 3 weeks for shipping  

 

Shippng

  • Purchased Items are shipped within 2 days AFTER payment has been received
  • Shipping charges vary depending on the “SHIP TO” location and will be calculated prior to the finalization of the sale for the Buyer’s consideration
  • A "Signature Confirmation" is required on all purchases over $200
  • Orders will ONLY be shipped to a physical address, NO P.O. Box deliveries
  • Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail with delivery expected within 3-5 business days
  • International Orders are shipped at International First Class rates. Please know YOUR COUNTRY’S SHIPPING POLICIES & RESTRICTIONS REGARDING JEWELRY ITEMS!  i.e.- Insurance, Priority, Expedited, etc. Any additional international shipping charges or customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer
  • If your order arrives damaged, IMMEDIATELY contact the Shipper and notify Jean Storm Designs, the Seller, via the Contact page. Retain ALL packaging for insurance claims.


 Return Policy

  • NO RETURN of Sale Items, Custom Orders or Adjusted Items accepted: SALE IS FINAL
  • Returns must be made within 14 days from date of receipt
  • Notify Seller of return PRIOR to shipping by using the Contact page
  • Items must be unworn and in the original condition
  • Return items MUST be insured, have a confirmation receipt and be in the original packaging or re-packaged properly to prevent damage during shipping
  • Items damaged during RETURN SHIPPING will not be reimbursed or replaced
  • Reimbursement will be made using the original form of payment after returned item is received, Seller's responsibility for returned item begins when item is received in our Studio
  • Shipping/Insurance costs will not be reimbursed
